Free Shipping

Items tagged with "Free Shipping" are shipped at no cost, regardless of the quantity, to addresses within the Contiguous U.S. This offer applies only to those items specifically marked as free shipping.

Qualifying Orders Shipping Discount

For orders of qualifying items, Payless Janitorial covers the shipping costs, including any applicable hazardous material fees. This benefit is available only for items within our Free Shipping Program. For items not covered by this program, standard shipping rates apply. Payless Janitorial reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and method for these discounted shipments.

Shipping Method and Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. All orders are shipped via the most cost-effective method available, which may include local carriers or national services such as UPS. For heavy orders, shipping via truck may be more economical, and we work with multiple trucking companies to secure the most competitive rates.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options, such as UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air, are available at additional costs. These options are recommended for urgent orders and can be selected during the checkout process.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup for all orders. Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and choose your preferred store location. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email to the store. This option is ideal for local customers who wish to save on shipping costs and receive their products promptly.

Hazardous Material Policy

For items classified as hazardous, additional shipping charges may apply. These fees are determined by the carrier, based on package size and shipping method. It is advisable to purchase hazardous items in bulk when possible to minimize these additional charges.

Damage in Shipment

If your order arrives damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier (e.g., UPS driver or truck driver) and retain all packaging materials. Claims for shipment damage must be handled through the carrier.

Shortage of Merchandise

If your order is missing items according to the shipping documentation, please notify us as soon as possible to resolve the discrepancy.
