Usage Directions:

As a Surface Spray: Bio-Reactor with micro-organisms instantly eliminates odors in theaters, restaurants, hotel/motel rooms, and homes. Using a trigger sprayer, apply full-strength to carpets, upholstery, and surfaces where odors collect.

In a Carpet Extraction Machine: Mix Bio-Reactor with water in a one-to-one ratio and clean carpets as directed.

Carpet & Upholstery:

1. Remove as much contamination as possible.
2. Saturate the affected area with Bio-Reactor.
3. Pour an equal amount of warm water (not hot) on the area to accelerate action.
4. Cover the area with a warm damp towel.
5. Allow ample dwell time to let Bio-Reactor work effectively.
6. Remove as much residue as possible.
7. For certain materials, rinse with POWer Rinse to prevent wicking or browning.
8. Severe contamination may require additional treatment

Kitchen & Bathroom Drains:

1. Pour ½ cup of Bio-Reactor into sink and floor drains with odors.
2. Follow with ½ cup of warm water (not hot).
3. Allow 8 hours of dwell time.
4. Run water through the drain to remove all contamination.
